Last updated: July 2026. By creating an account and activating a license, you declare that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Subject of the license

A BrTeam grants you a license of use of the emulator (Season 3) to operate your own server of MU Online. The license does not transfer ownership of the source code nor authorize the resale or redistribution of the files.

2. Protection and binding

Each license is bound to a HardwareID (the machine/VPS) and to a CustomerName. É prohibited to remove, bypass or attempt to break the emulator's protection. The license is personal and cannot be transferred without authorization.

3. Permitted use

You can run your server with an active license. We don't work with closed exclusivity: everything we develop is released to all active customers.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and make a backup of your server.
• The content, rules and moderation of your server are entirely your responsibility.
• Keep your access data (username and password) secure.

5. Payment and renewal

The license follows the contracted plan. Non-payment may suspend the license. There is no refund for a period already used.

6. Support

We offer support within the scope of the license. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.

7. Prohibitions

• Using the emulator for illegal purposes.
• Redistributing, reselling or sharing the source and the server files.
• Using the service to defraud or harm third parties.

8. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the license, without refund.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". BrTeam is not responsible for loss of data, profits or any damages arising from the use of the emulator.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
